At AZed Solutions, we value your trust and are committed to protecting your privacy. This Privacy Policy explains how our iOS mobile applications handle information. Our apps include solutions across social media, books, graphics & design, AI, and other fields.
By using our apps, you agree to the practices outlined below.
No Personal Data: We do not ask for, collect, store, or share any personal information such as your name, email address, phone number, or location.
No Account Requirement: Our apps do not require you to create an account or provide login details.
Device Information: Some apps may automatically collect non-personal information such as device model, operating system version, app performance data, or crash reports. This is solely used to improve app functionality.
Third-Party SDKs: If our apps use third-party services (such as analytics or ads), those services may collect limited technical data to provide their functionality.
Since we do not collect personal data, we do not use or process any such information.
Any non-personal information collected by third-party services is used only to improve user experience, monitor performance, or deliver ads.
Our apps do not perform facial recognition, facial identification, or biometric authentication and do not create facial templates, facial embeddings, or other biometric identifiers.
However, users may voluntarily capture or select photographs that contain their face. Such photographs may contain visible facial features and are treated as user-provided images.
When a user requests an AI-powered outfit or fashion analysis, the selected photograph may be transmitted to our third-party AI service provider, Google Gemini, solely to provide the requested analysis. We do not use these photographs to identify individuals, perform facial recognition, create biometric profiles, or derive biometric identifiers.
AZed Solutions does not intentionally store these submitted photographs on its own servers. If the user chooses to save a photograph within the app, it is stored locally on the user's device using SwiftData and remains there until the user deletes it.
Any processing or retention by Google Gemini is subject to Google's applicable privacy policies and service terms.
Some of our apps may use third-party services such as:
Google AdMob or similar ad networks (to display in-app advertisements).
Analytics providers (for anonymous app usage statistics).
APIs & AI Engines (to provide features like AI chat or image processing).
These third parties may collect limited information such as device ID, approximate location (not precise GPS), or app usage data. Please refer to their respective privacy policies for more details.
Our apps generally do not use cookies.
However, third-party services (like ads or analytics) may use cookies or similar tracking technologies to improve their services.
We do not store personal data on our servers.
Any third-party integrations are carefully reviewed to ensure they meet industry security standards.
Users are advised to keep their devices secure by using strong passwords and keeping apps updated.
7. Camera & Photo Usage
Our app accesses the device camera only when the user chooses to capture an outfit photograph.
The photograph may contain the user's face or other visible personal characteristics. When the user requests AI outfit analysis, the photograph may be transmitted to Google Gemini for the sole purpose of providing the requested fashion analysis.
The app does not perform facial recognition, facial identification, biometric authentication, or facial profiling.
AZed Solutions does not intentionally store submitted photographs on its servers. If the user selects Save, the photograph is stored locally on the user's device using SwiftData and can be deleted by the user at any time.
Photographs are not used for advertising, identity identification, biometric profiling, or any purpose unrelated to the requested feature.
Our apps are designed for general use and do not knowingly collect data from children under 13.
If you believe your child has shared personal data through one of our apps, please contact us immediately, and we will work to remove it.
Our apps are available globally. If you are accessing our apps from outside Pakistan, please note that data (if collected by third-party services) may be processed in different countries, subject to their privacy laws.
