Your Day at AZ Peach Farm MISAKA: Experience Flow

[Part 1: Welcome to our "Grandma’s House"] (Approx. 30 min)

1. Arrival: Welcome to our "Showa-era Grandma’s house"!

   • Note: We provide air conditioning and fans, but please be aware that during extreme heat, the rooms may not become fully chilled.

2. Restroom Break: Please feel free to use our facilities.

3. Peach Tasting: A warm-up taste of our delicious peaches.

4. Briefing: We will explain how to enjoy your peach picking experience.

   • We have a private room available where you can change into comfortable clothes for the orchard.

[Part 2: Peach Picking at the Orchard] (Approx. 60–90 min)

5. Head to the Orchard: We will travel to our peach fields together (by foot or by car).

6. Let’s Pick Peaches!

   • We will demonstrate the best way to pick peaches.

   • Need help finding the sweetest ones? Just ask our staff—we’ll pick the best for you!

   • We provide tents, tables, and chairs in the orchard, so you can take your time and relax while picking.

   • We will guide you on how many peaches to pick to fit your budget (e.g., "There's a bit more room, feel free to pick more!").

[Part 3: Wrap-up]

7. Packing & Cool Down: Return to "Grandma’s house" to pack your peaches into your boxes and cool down.

8. Payment: We accept cash and credit cards.

Pricing: Our Peach Picking Experience

Our peach picking is based on a "weigh-and-pay" style—you only pay for the weight of the peaches you harvest. There are no entry fees and no all-you-can-eat plans.

1. Choose Your Box (Minimum: 2kg)

Please select a box size to fit your budget:

• 2kg Box: 3,500 JPY (Approx. 5–6 large peaches)

• 3kg Box: 5,250 JPY (Approx. 7–8 large peaches)

• 4kg Box: 7,000 JPY (Approx. 13–16 large peaches) ★ Best Value!

2. Add More

If you purchase more than 2kg, you can add extra peaches for 1,750 JPY per additional 1kg.

• There are no extra fees other than the cost of the peaches you harvest.

• Pro Tip: Our 4kg boxes can actually hold about 5.5kg, making them the best value for your money!

• Please note: Each box is designed to hold more than its labeled weight when filled to the brim.

人数制限はとくにございません。申込時に、人数やお車の台数をおしえていただきます。

わんちゃんや、ねこちゃん、小鳥ちゃんなど、人間に危害を加えない哺乳類や鳥類のペット連れも大歓迎です！！

放し飼いに慣れている（呼んだら確実に戻ってくる）わんちゃんの場合は畑で放し飼いにしていただけます。

大型犬も大歓迎！アズは大型犬と触れ合いたいです！

Group Size

• There is no strict limit on the number of guests. Please let us know the total number of people in your party and the number of vehicles you will be arriving in when you make your reservation.

Pet Policy (We Love Pets!)

• We warmly welcome your furry and feathered friends! We are happy to accommodate mammals and birds, such as dogs, cats, and small birds, that pose no harm to humans.

• Large dogs are more than welcome! (We personally love interacting with large dogs!)

• Off-Leash in the Orchard: If your dog is well-trained, stays by your side, and reliably returns when called, you are welcome to let them roam off-leash in the orchard.

• Indoor Access: Your pets are welcome to join you inside the house as well.

• Unfortunately, we cannot accommodate amphibians, reptiles, or fish.

Yes, we welcome horses! You can tether your horse to the metal loops designed for towing ropes located in our garden or by the orchard car parking area.　Note: Please be aware that there is no shade available in these areas!

→残念ながらできません。。。お越しになる１週間以上前にご予約ください！

• 天気予報は、どの地域の天気を見ればいいですか？

→山梨県笛吹市御坂町の天気予報をご参照ください！

• ペットも一緒に桃狩りできますか？

→放し飼いに慣れている（呼んだら確実に戻ってくる）わんちゃんの場合は畑で放し飼いにしていただけます。

• 電話予約できますか？

• 収穫した桃を発送できますか？

→できます！クロネコヤマトのクール便で発送します。ご希望の場合は通常宅急便も可能です。

• 桃狩り当日に収穫した桃とは別に、宅急便での発送をお願いできますか？

→できます！送り主と送り先の・フルネーム・電話番号・ご住所を書いていただきます。またはLINEでその情報を送っていただきます。別途発送する桃代と送料は、桃狩りの桃とは別に、料金を頂戴します。（現金またはクレジットカード払い可能！）

• 赤ちゃんもつれていきたいのですが、大丈夫ですか？

→大丈夫です！畳の個室で、授乳・おむつ替えできます。畑の中の家なので、どんなに大きな声で泣いたとしても、何の問題もありません！ぎゃん泣きも、見守ります！元気な証拠！ミルク用のお湯もご提供できます。

• 高齢者を連れていきたいのですが、ひざが悪いのですが、大丈夫でしょうか？

→大丈夫です！畳の部屋には椅子のご用意がございます。玄関には２－３段の段差がございますが、介護実習経験者が介助いたします。

• 車いすなのですが、室内に入れますか？

→事前にご相談ください！車いすのサイズによっては、玄関の幅が狭く、通れないことがあります。
玄関には２－３段の段差がございます。玄関の段差は、サイクリストで筋トレ好きのディーディーが車いすごと介助＆重量挙げします。室内を車いすで移動することは問題ありません。車いすの祖父がたびたび遊びに来ていますが、問題なく滞在しています。トイレに段差はございませんが、トイレに手すりがないため、介護者が必要になります。車いす用トイレは、近隣のスーパー（セルバ）やドラッグストア（ウエルシア）、百円ショップ（ダイソー）をご確認ください。

→畑は段差や斜面はございません。

事前にテレビ電話等で室内や畑の状態をご確認いただけます。ぜひお気軽にご相談ください。できる限り対応いたします！

• 子どもに障害があるのですが、桃狩りできますか？

→できます！教員養成課程の大学を卒業している者がおりますので、理解のある者が対応いたします！ぜひグループみなさんで、桃狩りをお楽しみください！事前の注意点や配慮すべき点などございましたら、ぜひお気軽にご相談ください！

• 同性カップルなのですが、桃狩りできますか？

→もちろんできます！アズはドイツ滞在経験者、ディーディーはイギリス、ドイツ、フランス滞在経験者です。LGBTQ-friendlyです。ご安心ください！桃が好きな方であればどのようなグループ・カップルでも歓迎します！

• 複雑なリクエストがあるのですが・・・

→公序良俗に反するものはお断りしますが、一般常識や法律に反しないリクエストは、できる限りお受けします。お気軽にご相談ください！

• What peach varieties can I pick, and when are they available?

Please see the page here for the harvest periods of each variety. The timing is generally the same as the "Estimated Delivery Schedule for 2026."

• What information do I need for my reservation? Please provide the following:

1) Full name, phone number, and email address of the representative.

2) Method of transportation. 3) Number of adults. 4) Number of children (elementary age or younger). 5) Number of pets. 6) Any inquiries or special requests. 7) For first-time visitors, please attach a photo of your ID (with your address clearly visible).

• Can I make a reservation by phone? 

Yes! If you prefer not to use the online system, please give us a call. If you reach our voicemail, leave your name and a message saying you’d like to book a peach picking session, and we will call you back! (Phone: 050-1792-4099::English and German only)

• Can I join peach picking without a reservation? 

Unfortunately, no. Please make your reservation at least one week in advance.

• How do I cancel? 

You can cancel online up to the day before your visit. For cancellations on the day of your visit due to illness or unforeseen circumstances, please call us by 7:00 AM. (Phone: 050-1792-4099)

• Do you have restrooms? 

Yes, we have clean and well-maintained restrooms.

• I don't speak Japanese. Can I still enjoy peach picking? 

Yes! We can provide interpretation in English and German. For other languages, we will use Google AI translation.

• What weather forecast should I check? 

Please check the forecast for Misaka-cho, Fuefuki City, Yamanashi Prefecture.

• Can I pick peaches with my pet? 

Yes! Well-behaved dogs that reliably return when called are welcome to roam off-leash in the orchard.

• Can I send the peaches I picked? 

Yes, we can ship them via Yamato Transport (Cool TA-Q-BIN or regular delivery).

• Can I ship additional peaches separately from those I picked? 

Yes! Please provide the recipient's full name, address, and phone number (or send this info via LINE). Additional fees for the peaches and shipping will be charged separately (Cash or Credit Card).

• Can I bring my baby? 

Absolutely! We have a private tatami room where you can breastfeed or change diapers. Don’t worry if your baby cries—it’s just proof they’re energetic! We can also provide hot water for formula.

• I’m bringing an elderly family member with knee issues. Is that okay? 

Yes! We have chairs in our tatami room. While there are a few steps at the entrance, we have staff trained in elderly care to assist you.

• I use a wheelchair. Can I access the facilities? 

Please consult with us in advance. The entrance has a few steps, but our staff (a cyclist and fitness enthusiast) is happy to assist you. Once inside, you can move around comfortably. Please note our restrooms do not have handrails, but there are accessible facilities at nearby shops (Selva, Welcia, Daiso). The orchard itself is flat and accessible. We can arrange a video call beforehand to show you the space.

• My child has a disability. Can we still enjoy peach picking? 

Yes, absolutely! We have staff who hold degrees in teacher training programs and are happy to provide understanding and attentive support. Please let us know if there are any specific needs or considerations.

• Are you LGBTQ-friendly? 

Yes, we are! We have spent time living in Germany, the UK, and France, and we welcome all couples and groups. If you love peaches, you are welcome here!

• I have a complex request. Can you help? 

We are happy to accommodate any request as long as it aligns with common sense and the law. Please feel free to ask!
