My name is Elysa Lela. I was born and raised in Phoenix, Arizona. My parents are from Romania. My dad moved here in Arizona the year of 1985, while my mom moved here in the year of 1990. They settled in their first house in 1992. Later on they had 11 children, and I happen to be the 9th oldest/3rd youngest. The reason why I started playing guitar was because I got bored. I never wanted to play guitar, but I took my sisters guitar and messed with it a little and learned a few chords. Then some how I started taking guitar classes at school and learned even more of the guitar. I am a pretty fast learner. I played the clarinet for a couple of months and ended up playing at an honors level, which led me to play in the Greater Phoenix Music Festival in the beginning of 2019. I also had artwork displayed in the Young Arts AZ Exhibition that same year, beginning of 2019. A hobby of mine is singing, especially while playing guitar.
