Ariella Etshalom, CEO and co-founder of AZA Matchmakers, has been making matches since she was a baby. Born and raised in Los Angeles, California but now attending Yeshiva University in New York, NY, Ariella has hundreds of personal connections with candidates from all over the religious spectrum and all different kinds of backgrounds. As a psychology major, Ariella specializes in “reading between the lines”. When interviewing candidates, she always seems to know what they are really saying, even if they are not so sure themselves.

Ahuva Wakschlag is the master when it comes to all things business. As co-founder and CBO of AZA Matchmakers, she excels at interviewing candidates, setting up matches, and scheduling events. Ahuva comes from a family of expert matchmakers, so making matches is in her blood. Ahuva’s personable aura makes it easy and pleasant for candidates to speak with her.

Zack Greenberg is an expert at communications and getting the right messages across. This is why he was chosen for the CMO position of AZA Matchmakers. As the current president of the Yeshiva Student Union at Yeshiva University and the host of his own talk show Good Shtick! With Zack, he has experience relating to all different crowds. Zack is a frequent visitor of Disney theme parks around the world which has made him extremely educated and worldly.

Baruch Lerman serves as CTO of AZA Matchmakers. Without him, this website would not exist. Although his work for the business is all behind-the-scenes, Baruch is very active in the real world. He was on Yeshiva University’s fencing team. Many don’t know this (spoiler alert!), but Baruch selflessly skipped his senior year of high school to become the “True” Freshman Representative of the Yeshiva Student Union at Yeshiva University.
