A farm comprises land and structures for crop cultivation and animal rearing, typically managed by a Farm Operator. The operator may own, manage, rent, or co-own the farm. Labor can be outsourced, and farms can collaborate. Farm types are residence, intermediate, and commercial, based on earnings. Commodity Specialization refers to the primary agricultural product, categorized into groups like crops or livestock.
