From a Great Idea to a Growing Tradition

What started in 2025 as a new fundraising idea for AZ Crush MS has quickly become something much bigger.

Our second annual Wine Tasting Fundraiser in 2026 brought together more than 150 people for an afternoon of wine, food, friendship, laughter, and giving. Guests sampled great wines, competed for silent auction treasures, tried their luck in the 50/50 raffle and wine pull, and were inspired by our keynote speaker, Ashley Caldwell, a gold medal-winning Olympic ski aerialist. Her message was one of the highlights of an unforgettable afternoon.

But perhaps the best compliment came from one of our guests:

“It didn’t seem like a fundraiser at all. It was an afternoon where people came together, sampled some good wines, and chatted with old and new friends.”

That's exactly what we hoped to create.

A celebration. A chance to connect. An opportunity to have a wonderful afternoon together—and at the same time, make a meaningful difference for people living with MS.

And Then Came the Results

The fun was only part of the story.

Our 2026 event raised nearly $50,000, more than three times the $15,000 raised by our inaugural event in 2025. About $20,000 went directly to the National MS Society to support cutting-edge MS research and the search for a cure.

We also exceeded our $7,000 goal for the AZ Crush MS Relief Fund, bringing the fund to more than $8,500.

And that number isn't just a number.

Where the Money Makes a Difference

The Relief Fund exists to help people in our MS community who need a little extra support.

With the funds from the 2025 event, AZ Crush MS provided grants to nine people living with MS. Thanks to the success of the 2026 event, we are now in a position to help 20 people or more.

For the people who receive these grants, the assistance can be life-changing.

It's help when an unexpected expense becomes overwhelming. It's a helping hand when MS makes an already difficult situation even harder. And it's one way AZ Crush MS can make a direct difference in the lives of our neighbors living with MS in Arizona, New Mexico, and Nevada.

And We Couldn't Do It Without Our Wineries

Our incredible winery partners donated cases of wine that helped make the event possible. We are deeply grateful for their generosity and for the role they played in creating such a memorable afternoon.
