Ayush Kumar Tewari

I am a third year doctoral student at the Technische Universität Berlin in the Discrete Mathematics group under the guidance of Prof Michael Joswig and Prof Hannah Markwig. I am working as a researcher in the SFB\TRR 195 project " Moduli spaces of tropical varieties, modifications and compactifications ". I am also a member of the polymake team and a Phase II student in the Berlin Mathematical School.

Research Interests

Tropical Geometry and connections to algebraic geometry with special interests in point-line geometry in the tropical plane.

Publications and Preprints

  1. Forbidden Patterns in Tropical Plane Curves (with Michael Joswig) published in Beiträge zur Algebra und Geometrie

  2. Convex lattice polygons with all lattice points visible (with Ralph Morrison) published in Discrete Mathematics

  3. Point-Line Geometry in the Tropical Plane Submitted (computation files - Script 1, Script 2, Script 3, Script 4)
