Bio

I am an economist who studies topics in labor economics related to workplace diversity, well-being, and human capital. My research experience includes both academic work that has been published in high-impact journals and applied work that has assisted a range of public and private sector leaders in their decision making. I received my Ph.D. in Economics from Harvard University and my B.A. from Dartmouth College.
