As part of the Erasmus+ mobility program, I completed my internship in Tirol, Austria, at Akademisches Gymnasium Innsbruck. Teaching programming, public speaking, and economics to high school students enriched my global perspective and enhanced my teaching methodology through intercultural exchange.

I worked with TalentGro Global as part of the Training and Development team, where I contributed to designing and delivering impactful learning programs for young professionals. My role involved content creation, session facilitation, and supporting skill-building initiatives aimed at enhancing employability and professional growth. 

Chitkara International School's Annual Function featured a thematic canopy organized by us, the Alpha Teachers, showcasing embroidery, pot painting, and mandala art activities aligned with the "Pushp" theme. These activities fostered creativity and engagement. We collaborated with faculty for the setup and ensured smooth facilitation, contributing to the event's vibrant success.

The Regional Adolescent Summit, organized by Chitkara University, was a dynamic platform addressing critical issues impacting adolescents. As Alpha Teachers, we actively contributed by facilitating engaging activities and discussions, fostering awareness and dialogue. The event highlighted key challenges, promoted life skills, and empowered participants to navigate adolescence with confidence and resilience.

On World Mental Health Day, we Alpha Teachers hosted the Smile and Strength Station canopy at Chitkara University. Activities like "Spin the Wheel," "Dedicate a Friendship Band," "Be the I in Kind," a photobooth, and a chits activity promoted awareness and engagement, encouraging participants to prioritize mental well-being.

The Department of Education, Chitkara University, welcomed the new batch of Alpha Teachers during the Orientation (Deeksharambh) Student Induction Program. Esteemed speakers, including Ms. Indu Punj, Ms. Tisca Chopra, and Ms. Yogita B. Ahuja, delivered insightful sessions. The program inspired aspiring educators with engaging talks on storytelling, inclusion, and pedagogy.

The Department of Education, Chitkara University, organized the Diversity Doodle event, fostering creativity and inclusivity. Alpha Teachers showcased artistic expressions celebrating diversity through colorful doodles. The activity emphasized the value of acceptance and unity, encouraging participants to embrace different perspectives. It was a vibrant celebration of harmony and multiculturalism.

The Department of Education, Chitkara University, hosted a Role Play event to enhance communication, collaboration, and problem-solving skills. Alpha Teachers participated in various scenarios, such as conflict resolution and team building. The activity promoted critical thinking and teamwork, helping participants develop interpersonal skills and gain practical insights into organizational dynamics.

The Pedagogical Expo at Chitkara International School, Chandigarh provided a platform to showcase innovative teaching methods. I presented strategies to enhance learning in Accountancy and Business Studies. The event encouraged collaboration, offered valuable insights, and promoted creativity in pedagogy, fostering professional growth among participants.

The action research project focused on implementing BaLa pedagogy to teach financial literacy to Grade 11 Commerce students, utilizing classroom infrastructure like posters and stock tickers. Despite challenges with scheduling, the study highlighted the importance of structured planning. I presented my work on October 17, 2024, at Chitkara University.

Chitkara International School, Chandigarh, organised a riveting event, "The Joyful Takeoff-Welcoming the Session 2023-24 with delightful activities and notes of promise!" to welcome the vibrant Chitakrians back to school by celebrating their first day of the Academic Session 2023-2024

Chitkara International School in association with Chitkara University hosted the the Chitkara Career Expo 2024 which aimed to celebrate varied careers, elucidating their aspects to the dynamic youth and providing paths to professional success for young, aspiring talents.

Chitkara College of Education (CCE), in collaboration with the Office of International Affairs and Chitkara School of Psychology and Counselling, organized an "International Bootcamp on Education and Psychology" from the 20th to the 22nd of March 2024. The event aimed to provide a platform for esteemed stakeholders, including educators, professors, and industry professionals, to share their experiences, thoughts, and insights.

Chitkara College of Education hosted a dynamic and engaging event, 'Pathways to Progress: Embracing Research Conferences', on 4 May, 2024. The event showcased the creative endeavors and scholarly research of alpha teachers and alpha masters in the field of education, emphasizing the importance of visual communication through poster presentations. 

The annual functions at Chitkara International School, Chandigarh, and Panchkula were a resounding success, showcasing the talent and dedication of our students. 

My duties ranged from playing songs, coordinating with the choreographer, to creating props for the performances. Shared with them a few games from my childhood and made lasting memories by engaging in finger painting together. 

Chitkara University hosted the EDUREFORM International Conference, featuring insights into innovative education, project accomplishments, cultural showcases, and the inauguration of the Indian-European Alliance for Education. 

Chitkara University, as the lead coordinator of the EDUREFORM project, conducted an Edureform teaching mobility exclusively for Chitkara College of Education students on November 21st and 24th, 2023
