I am an Associate Professor of Economics at Istanbul Technical University (ITU), and a research associate at Economic Research Forum (ERF). I studied business administration at Bogazici University and MSc in Economics at the Birkbeck College, University of London, with Chevening Scholarship. I earned my PhD in Economics degree as part of the European Doctoral Program in Quantitative Economics during which I studied both at the Catholic University of Louvain (UCL) and London School of Economics and Political Science (LSE). I also work as a member of impact evaluation team of ITU Socio-Innovation Center, and Ethics Review Committee for Social Sciences.
