A proposal and its implementation in phases

Phase 1 of the project

An introduction of what our topic is and why we are proposing our idea. Who our target audience is? What we wished to accomplish from this proposal and how it can be beneficial?

Phase 2 of the project

The actual proposal itself in depth with respect to the topic, providing valid reasoning, our research, the issues and reason for the proposal and our suggested solutions to helping fix the issues.

Phase 3 of the project

After completing the written form of the proposal, the final phase was to present our idea and proposal to our course instructor and to persuade them to act upon our suggested proposal.
