Korean Cultural Industries Project (2024.10 ~ Present)

• • Researcher (Supervised by Professor Johan Chu, Massachusetts Institute of Technology (MIT) Sloan School of Management)

  • Responsible for collecting and analyzing data on various sectors of the Korean cultural industry, including K-pop, film, dramas, webtoons, and web novels, while monitoring trends and industry dynamics.

  • Established and maintained networks within the industry and conducted interviews with key stakeholders to gather qualitative insights.

  • Provided comprehensive datasets and reports, updating them regularly on key findings.

Trend Korea 2023 & 2024 (2022.03 ~2023.08)

• • Project member of Trendersnal (Supervised by Professor Rando Kim, Seoul National University )

  • Actively participated in workshops organized by the Consumer Trend Center.

  • Monitored consumer trends and industry phenomena and regularly submitted trend reports to the center.

  • Contributed to the preparation of detailed analyses on emerging consumer behaviors and book publication.

Artslinker, an Online Arts Platform (2021.05 ~ 2021.08)

  • Managed marketing activities for the Artslinker platform.

  • Developed a personal sample channel within Artslinker.

  • Created a curation sample channel within Artslinker.

  • Drafted a proposal to promote Artslinker for an arts and culture foundation.
