Research

My research interests are at the intersection of agricultural production and environmental quality. Agriculture is both highly dependent on natural processes and contributes to widespread environmental degradation. This dichotomy underpins many of my research questions. Broadly, my research seeks to evaluate how public policy can shift on-farm production practices to minimize adverse environmental outcomes- particularly with regard to water quality.
