Ayesha Afzal Ph.d Scholar  (born 8 August 1999) is a Pakistani educationist, public speaker,author, teachers trainer, and curriculum expert specializing in school science education. She holds an MPhil in Zoology from Minhaj University, Lahore, and is currently pursuing a PhD in Zoology. She has attended more than 14 international conferences on education and sciences.

Ayesha has conducted 100+ extensive SNC-aligned (Single National Curriculum) training sessions for teachers, focusing on effective teaching methodologies, classroom strategies, and meaningful learning approaches. Her work empowers educators to move beyond rote memorization and foster critical thinking and creativity in students.

In addition, she develops Resource materials for Teachers, campus heads like lesson plans, worksheets, project-based modules, and instructional guides that support teachers in delivering engaging and impactful science education across primary,middle and comprehensive grades.

Career and Contributions

Developed and authored over 20+ science textbooks aligned with the Single National Curriculum (SNC) for Grades pre primary to Grade-X, which are implemented in private schools across Pakistan.

Conducts teacher training sessions nationwide, & Trained almost 1000+ teachers, Session focusing on classroom management, curriculum delivery, and student-centered learning strategies.

Creates educational videos and content for social media platforms including Facebook, Instagram,youtube, aimed at enhancing learning and professional development for teachers and students.

Completed the Pitman English Language course to strengthen professional communication skills.

Publications

Authored multiple SNC-aligned science books for Grades 4–8, published in the last three years.

Contributions emphasize conceptual understanding, inquiry-based learning, and practical classroom activities.
