I am currently working on Applications of Machine Learning and Reinforcement Learning in Electric Vehicle Routing and Transportation Planning. Electric Vehicles (EVs) are considered the future of transportation. The major obstacle to mass adoption of EVs is the Range Anxiety associated with EV driving. As there are not many EV charging stations available, EV users are almost always anxious about running out of energy in the middle of the trip. My current research revolves around Vehicle Routing using Reinforcement Learning.
