Being a teacher of over two decades, Phil has a passion for education and the importance of supporting students with their post high school career plans and education. In 2023, Phil, accepted a teaching position at the San Jacinto Valley Academy to bring his multiple decades of teaching experience to better serve his community.
Phil is a proud stake holder in the community and having raised his family in San Jacinto, he’s a big believer in providing opportunities for our community’s youth and elderly population.
Phil is aware of the impact a safe and positive environment has on families. Through his work within the community, Phil sees firsthand the benefits families gain from parks, community theater, museums, classes, and activities offered by the city. As a Council Member, Phil will focus on the positive quality of life and family values, safety, emergency preparedness and all the elements necessary to make San Jacinto an exceptional place to live, work, and play.
