Ayachi Academy (formerly known internally as MCQ Practice) is an educational application developed to help students prepare for exams through quizzes, gamification, and social learning. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, and protect your data.

A. Personal Information
When you sign in using Google, we collect and store:
Basic Profile: Your Name, Email Address, and Profile Picture (via Google Sign-In).
Academic Profile: Your Gender, Class (e.g., Class 11, 12), and Stream (e.g., Science, Commerce, Arts). This is used to tailor the quiz content to your syllabus.
B. Activity & Performance Data
We track your learning progress to provide analytics and gamification:
Quiz Results: Scores, time taken, and accuracy per subject.
Gamification Data: Current streak, XP (experience points), and levels.
Duel History: Records of 1v1 matches against other users.
Room Participation: If you join a "Test Room" or "Classroom," your presence and scores in that room are recorded.
How We Use Your Information
We use your data to:
Personalize Content: Show chapters and questions relevant to your selected Class and Stream.
Gamification & Social Features:
To display your name on Leaderboards.
To enable 1v1 Duels, where your name and online status may be visible to potential opponents.
Classroom Management: If you join a private "Test Room," the Creator/Admin of that room (e.g., your teacher) can view your name and your quiz scores for that specific test.
App Maintenance: To check if you are running the latest version of the app and notify you of mandatory updates.
Third-Party Services
We use trusted third-party services to build and maintain this app. These services may process your data according to their own privacy policies:
Google Firebase (Auth, Firestore, Crashlytics): Used for secure login, database storage, and error logging.

Data Visibility (Social Features)
Please be aware of how your data is seen by others within the app:
In Duels: When you enter the "Duel" waiting room, your Name and Profile Picture are visible to other students looking for a match.
In Classrooms/Rooms: The administrator of a Room has access to the list of participants and their performance in that specific room.
Permissions
The app may request the following permissions:
Internet: To fetch quizzes and sync progress.
Notifications: To remind you of study streaks, duel challenges, or new test room updates.
Data Security & Deletion
Security: We use industry-standard encryption (HTTPS/SSL) provided by Google Firebase to transmit and store your data.
Data Deletion: You have the right to request the deletion of your account and data. You can do this by contacting us at the email below. Upon request, we will remove your profile and quiz history from our database.
Children’s Privacy
