Welcome to AxoraPDF ("we", "our", or "us"). Your privacy is critically important to us. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, and protect your information when you use the AxoraPDF mobile application (the "App") available on Google Play.
By using AxoraPDF, you agree to the terms of this Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, please do not use the App.
Account Information: If you sign in using Google Sign-In or Phone Authentication (via Firebase), we collect your email address, phone number, or display name as provided by your Google account or entered by you.
Usage Analytics: We collect anonymous, aggregated data about how you use the App (e.g., features used, crash reports) to improve performance and stability. This data does not identify you personally.
Crash Reports: If the App crashes, anonymous diagnostic data may be sent to help us fix issues.
Your PDF Files: All PDF files you open, edit, merge, split, annotate, or password-protect are stored only on your local device. We do not upload, access, or store your PDF documents on our servers.
Your Bookmarks & History: Your reading history and bookmarks are stored locally on your device. They are only synced to the cloud if you explicitly sign in and enable Cloud Sync.
AxoraPDF includes an optional AI Assistant feature powered by the Google Gemini API.
When you use the AI Assistant, only the specific text you select or query is sent to the Gemini API for processing.
We do not send entire PDF files or documents to the API.
We do not use your content to train our AI models.
The AI Assistant transmits data securely over HTTPS.
Google's own privacy policy applies to data processed by the Gemini API. Please review Google's Privacy Policy.

Password-Protected PDFs: AxoraPDF supports PDF encryption using industry-standard algorithms. Password-protected PDFs are secured at the file level.
Local Storage: Your documents and reading history are stored only on your device and are protected by your device's own security features.
Transmission Security: All data transmitted to or from our services uses HTTPS/TLS encryption.
However, no method of electronic storage or transmission is 100% secure. While we strive to use commercially acceptable means to protect your data, we cannot guarantee absolute security.
Local Data: We do not retain any of your local files or documents. They remain on your device under your full control.
Account Data: If you sign in, your account information is retained until you sign out or delete your account.
Analytics Data: Anonymous usage data is retained for up to 12 months for analysis purposes.
AxoraPDF is designed for general audiences and may be used by individuals of all ages, including children under 13. However, we do not knowingly collect, store, or share personal information from children under 13 without appropriate parental consent. If you believe that a child under 13 has provided personal information through the app, please contact us immediately and we will take steps to delete such information promptly.

Deletion: Request that we delete your personal data.
Correction: Request that we correct inaccurate personal data.
Opt-Out: Opt out of analytics collection by not signing in and using the App in offline mode.
