11. PAYMENTS AND SUBS
The duration of the selected AXIS subscription or virtual service is 1 MONTH, unless otherwise stated for the selected product.
Unless the subscription is canceled, the applicable fee ($4.99, $9.99, or $24.99 depending on the selected product) will be automatically billed to your iTunes account every month.
To avoid being charged for the next billing period, the subscription must be canceled at least 24 hours before the current period ends.
If a requested feature, service, or allocation is temporarily unavailable, AXIS may provide an alternative equivalent option. In such cases, refunds are not provided.
