Encryption: All data in transit is protected with 256-bit SSL encryption. Data at rest is stored in secure, SOC2-compliant cloud environments with multi-factor authentication.
Access Control: Only background-checked employees with specific “Need to Know” clearance can access sensitive files. Every access event is logged and audited.
No Selling of Data: We maintain a strict Zero-Third-Party-Sharing policy. Personal information is never sold, rented, or traded to marketers, lead providers, or outside agencies.
We follow a strict “Minimum Retention” policy. Once an administrative audit is complete and the file is delivered to the authorized lender or broker, sensitive documents are securely purged in accordance with federal record-keeping schedules. Physical documents are shredded using NAID-certified processes.
Clients have the right to request a copy of the data we hold for administrative purposes or request deletion once the service contract is fulfilled.

Axiomflow Services is authorized to provide administrative support and third-party auditing to licensed mortgage brokers, community banks, and non-bank lenders. We operate as an independent service provider (ISP) and do not represent any government agency, including HUD or the FHA.
For services provided within Canada, Axiomflow Services operates in alignment with provincial mortgage brokerage acts. Our document management and auditing processes meet privacy and transparency requirements for provinces such as Ontario (MBLAA) and other applicable regulations.

Axiomflow Services is a third-party administrative and auditing service provider. By using our services, you acknowledge that we are not a mortgage lender, broker, or financial advisor. Our role is strictly limited to documentation support.

While our auditing services enhance file quality and compliance, Axiomflow Services does not guarantee loan approval, interest rates, or funding timelines. Final lending decisions remain the responsibility of licensed funding institutions.
