More soon to be added.
Gerson was one of the oldest known monsters of the underground, recalling a life on the surface many years ago. He died of a broken heart when the news of Toriel’s death reached him. Boarded himself up in his garden beforehand, which remains one of the few untainted areas in the Underground, protected by ancient runes. His apple orchard is one of the last remaining bits of the underground left untouched by the hunger, and those that manage to visit will recieve comfort almost like that of a time before all of the carnage.
End of The Lesser Monsters
Axetale Flowey is in his photoshop form with vast differences. He is more mutated than he already was before, his... Mouth being transformed into predatory jaws. His flower-like face is altered on his TV screen, now having only one eye. It is to be known as well that Flowey outlasted the hunger the longest of any monster due to his near-godlike power, but even he couldn't outrun the sickness
Flowey escaped the Capitol after wreaking havoc and killing many, and disappeared into the tunnels of the Underground; He is a master at hiding, even with his enormous, grotesque body, and will not be seen if he doesn't desire to be. The only way to know that he is near is the nigh-impenetrable darkness and a sense of dread that hangs in the air around him. He is the master of time and space in the Underground, possessing of far more determination than any other being, and hunts and consumes any monster unlucky enough to cross paths with him.
The Hunger was not kind to him, his form nor his mind. He has become a twisted horror in the years since the Glitch, a constantly starving amalgamation of dying vines, rusting tech, and drooping petals, dotted all over with ever watching, never sleeping eyes. He needs to consume monsters’ souls to support his failing body, as if he doesn’t, the human souls he has left (three have been drained completely, while under his control, will escape him, and he will literally fall apart.
Despite his weakened state, Flowey is adamant that he could end the hunger and rule over the world himself, despite needing the power of 6 souls to dispel the hunger. He has the power to revert the world back to before he stole the souls, but he chooses not to.
Flowey is not only an emotionless entity with no emotions of his own, he is also schizophrenic and has a god complex. His alter-ego, Asriel, has different aspirations of what to do with the world, and is considered the more "rational" of the two personas. As flowey believes that he could fix the hunger alone, Asriel recognizes that they no longer have 6 souls and are losing their power slowly. If Asriel were to become the dominant ego, he would go to the surface with what little strength they have and wreck havoc on the surface and neighboring settlements, gathering enough souls to reach his "true form" and take total control of the world as we know it.
It is imperative that Aliza does not come near Flowey/Asriel, as depending on who's in charge it may spell doom for the world regarding the souls she has collected herself on the surface that haven't been lost.
Flowey has not resided in the Ruins since the early days of the Hunger, once his starvation drove him madder than the Glitch and his power did. He can no longer bear being so close to both the Flower room and Chara's spirit, so he dwells largely in Waterfall, in the deepest swamps, provided with plentiful amounts of prey and water to sustain his monstrous form.
Vegetation across the underground
On the day the glitch happened, Flowey's power extended so vastly across the underground that vegetation has grown across numerous places. Some are noticeable like Dreemurr Castle (Throne room, Torment Hall), and the Ruins. Others are smaller but equal in potential. These vines and plants are extensions of Flowey that have become dormant ever since he was driven to Waterfall and his power began to dwindle. If he were to reach the power of 6 souls or greater, his power would reawaken across the underground, and would be able to cause damage in many more places than just one once more.

The Destroyer of the underground and all it's hopes and dreams.
Undyne is a wreckage of her former self. She is almost completely blind (like most the remaining monsters in Waterfall), and relies heavily on an ungodly sense of hearing and smell through a vomeronasal system. She can see colorful blobs with her right eye, but no more.
Little remains of the Royal Guard Captain besides the battered and beat up armor she barely keeps bound to her scarred limbs.
The only fraction of her sanity left comes out when she visits Papyrus on the edge of Waterfall.
Undyne never had a head for puzzles, but the Hunger has made her an exceptionally patient predator; she will lie in wait to ambush any prey that wanders into her territory, sometimes for days. She is deceptively quick, but her armor makes such a ruckus that stalking is extremely inefficient. She’ll only give chase if she’s certain she can capture her prey.
Because she sports several rows of jagged teeth, she has a problem with drooling, and she cannot speak very well (not that she needs to, she just screams at everything anyways). Her skin is covered in a thin film of toxic mucus; anyone that touches her will be horribly poisoned, with the exception of monsters that don’t have skin.
Undyne is an apex predator, and a force to be reckoned with. However, for all her strengths, her one drawback is her desperate need to remain hydrated. Because of this, Undyne cannot venture far from Waterfall without threat of literally shriveling up.
Her ‘spear’ is just a really, really sharp mace at this point. She’s welded on so many razors, broken blades, and even stuck on bits of broken glass that it’s horribly balanced, but her Hunger-addled mind no longer grasps this fact, only capable of understanding its lethality. She keeps a strip of Alphys’ lab coat tied around its shaft, the only thing that was left of her girlfriend that she had managed to retrieve before the Amalgamates ran her out of the lab.
She remembers little of the past but the Hunger, Papyrus and Sans, and the scrap of her love’s coat. She regularly meets with Papyrus for playdates, romping and chasing each other and "training" in the first room of Waterfall, the closest she and he ever come to normalcy.
Father of Sans and Papyrus. Lost to the Void long ago, Gaster has had time to regret the small role he played in the lives of his sons, and seeks to help them survive their cruel world from the Void, helping to guide and protect Aliza along the way. Due to being stranded in the void, he is the only monster left that has not been affected by the sickness.
If Gaster were to be infected, only God knows what horrors would follow.
