Semi-Canon
One of the most common residents of the autumn refuge turned to vicious ambush predators. These small critters could potentially attack prey in packs, fighting each other for the meat they have acquired.
Semi-Canon
One of the first monster species of the underground to go extinct. In the early days of the hunger, vegetoids would offer food to the slowly infecting denizens of the autumn refuge, but their charity would be their own downfall. Within months, the hunger had fully engulfed the ruins, and not even their generous donations to the residents were not enough. They would be hunted by once friendly neighbors one by one, until there was no vegetoid left.
Semi-Canon
One of the least infected of the lesser monsters, recieving not as many physical mutations from the hunger. Looxes would usually prefer to keep to themselves, hunting only weak monsters to avoid confrontation. Their awkward build makes them a target to ambushes however, and slowly but surely Looxes in the ruins would meet the same fate as what the vegetoids met-consumed out of existance.
Semi-Canon
There are no more whimsums left. Their timid nature combined with the magic deterioration of the hunger starved them out, making them easy targets to the now savage population of the refuge.
Semi-Canon
Almost as numerous as froggits, moldsmal would typically join in on ambushes with the frog monsters, either with them or against them.
