Aliza is Frisk's daughter, born on the surface and forced to be raised by her grandmother after Frisk's death. Like her great grandmother before her (Aliza the first) she is kind and adventurous, with an iron force of will. She is a spunky, largely positive girl thrust into a world of mayhem and madness and ruin. Her life on the surface wasn’t much better, from her learning disabilities to the abuse she suffered from her guardian to her guilt over the manner of her birth; as such, she makes the best of what she can, and does her best to survive. The mysterious magic running in her veins assists her, as ever it did in times of danger, and brings her to a revelation of enormous proportions… That she wasn’t as alone as she had once thought.
Frisk was pregnant with Aliza during her time in a mental institution. No one knew she was pregnant until she started to show physical signs and an ultrasound was done. Frisk's estranged mother pressed charges against the asylum for giving Frisk heavy medication while pregnant, even though no chemical testing showed she had been.
After Aliza's birth, Frisk died, leaving the newborn in her grandmother's care.
Aliza's grandmother insisted on homeschooling her, but after a few years gave up the effort when her own mind started to slip and left Aliza with a poor education. With her limited reading skills and weak eyes, Aliza finds reading difficult and humiliating. She reads her journal with a magnifying glass.
While she was growing up, Aliza came across her late mother's entries and drawings she made in the asylum, stowed away in the attic away from public eyes. They were written while she was both sane and insane, with descriptions of Souls, the barrier, monsters, and the name of a certain monster in particular repeated, sometimes in mad spirals. She at first dismissed it all as ravings of a troubled woman, but she began to believe once she started noticing the magic within her. After years of deciphering her mother's works, now turned into a journal, she is determined to go underground and free the monsters. She had no idea just how bad things gotten.
She spent the last few years collecting souls wherever she could, preferring not to kill anyone. She initially visited the elderly in retirement homes, where she would chant a spell to steal their soul, but she was kicked out after being caught several times. On some instances the souls would escape from the soul jar when given the chance. She collected the last souls from hospitals, visiting dying patients and doing the same. After she collected her last soul from an elderly woman named Edna, she prepared to go underground, where she would meet a monster named Sans, the "keeper of justice", and they together would break the barrier imprisoning monsterkind.
Personality
Aliza is a kind and caring child who wishes to help those in need. She shares her father's laid-back attitude, which is helpful in stressful situations. Despite this, she is fearful of the hostile monsters that fill the Underground. Parts of her mother's resilience and kindess can be seen through her as well.
She shows incredible disdain towards her grandmother due to her years of abuse after the death of her daughter.
Despite her resilience, she has low self confidence. The disdain she dealt with growing up still haunts her. She is still mentally scarred from that day when her magic killed that robber, fearing herself and what she could do.
Abilities
Aliza possesses unstable magical powers, primarily fire and blue magic — but struggles to control them. In earlier years, she would have incidents with her powers, one time burning her hair trying to control her magic. In one infamous incident, she burned a robber alive by accident out of panic, the fire being so great it melted the skin off his bones. She spent a month locked in solitude from the outside world out of horror of what happened, but eventually moved on. she had to move on. She also has an unusually durable body and regenerative ability.
As she grew up, society treated her like an outcast. Not only was she seen as a “mistake”, but her magic eyes were seen as just weird. She was told growing up that she killed her mother by simply being born. Humanity did not accept her, and so she began to idolize the monster world she has never seen before.
Her mission to collect souls didn’t help either. The only friends she had with her was a bright red butterfly she named Ruby, and at times smaller white butterflies would appear, whom she called familiars. Ruby acts as a guide to her in her mother’s mission, helping her when in peril however she can, comforting her.
Appearance
Aliza is a 15 year old girl with a height of 5.5 ft, a head shorter than her father. She has pale skin and brown hair at shoulder length-uneven as she cuts it herself, her grandmother is too senile to do that, let alone teach her anything. She wears tattered blue jeans and a pink hoodie. She also possesses a worn backpack that would hold her mothers journal and the soul jar that her mother came to the surface with.
The most striking description of her would be her eyes. They are almond shaped and they glow with the magic within her, her eyes looking like there’s electricity within them. Her eyes are normally blue, but they will change depending on the emotion she feels:
Red - Angry, using intense power
Blue - Neutral state
Orange - Nervous or frightened
When she is excited, her eyes would sparkle blue.
Apart from her worn backpack, she also possesses a platinum bracelet with chains and a charm, her mother’s soulmate gift from her father.
Aliza has one of the most powerful souls, being born the first sorcerer child in 1000 years. Will she fulfill her mother's unfinished motives, or will she act differently...

Francene Orsini, later known as Frisk, after she abandoned her past, was something of a hero to the monster race, befriending them and changing their hearts away from the violence their hope hung upon. She remained in the Underground following her neutral run, growing up with the people who truly cared for her and helping them find a non-violent way to escape, and when she was twenty-one, wedded Sans the skeleton. Three years afterwards, the events leading to the glitch occurred, and she was ejected from the Underground with the power of the deceased Toriel's soul by her husband.
After her ejection from the Underground, sent on a mission to retrieve more human souls and to ensure her safety, she was brutally attacked in an alley while searching for aid, and admitted to a mental facility when she insisted that she needed to return to helping the monsters living under the cursed mountain. She was chemically restrained while in the asylum’s custody, her magical pregnancy undetected by common human instruments, and both she and the baby were adversely affected by the drugs.
Once released into her mother’s care at risk of the facility being sued for malpractice and abuse, Frisk spent the rest of her days in delirium, calling out for Sans and wasting away until the day of Aliza’s birth, where she died with her child in her arms.
Her body was laid to rest, but her spirit lived on in Aliza, a guiding light and good spirit leading her towards the truth. She guides Aliza in the form of a red butterfly, Ruby. Watching over her daughter.
Aliza's primary familiar and closest friend on the surface. Only Aliza and monsters could see her, as humanity has long moved away from magic. She is Aliza's guide in the underground, comforting her when she is troubled or hurt, guiding her to safety and away from danger.
Ruby is what is left of Frisk's soul. Frisk's determination was so great that when she gave everything so Aliza may live, her soul lived on as Ruby.
No one is aware of Frisk being Ruby, as it is never known that human souls can persist the way she did. All Frisk wants for her family is to be safe and happy.
In places where there is memory of her, or of her late adoptive mother Toriel, Ruby would be accompanied by various white butterflies, both memories of her and the shattered remnant's of Toriel's soul.
Aliza’s lesser “familiars”, and the remains of Toriel’s shattered soul. They appear on very important places with relation to Frisk. At her grave they can be found fluttering around. At San's wedding photo they luminate the dark with their dim white glow.
Chara was a twisted creature even before the Hunger took the Underground, and they’ve only become worse since. The violence of the monsters in the Ruins (and subsequently their violent ends) gave Chara a power that they hadn’t felt since their first run with Frisk, but it wasn’t quite enough to satisfy them.
They manifest in the form of a small, partially decayed, maggot-riddled child with gleaming, intelligent red eyes. Adorned around their neck is a memento of their time with Frisk. Said memento is a tattered, dusty, spectral scarf that once belonged to a certain skeleton.
When Aliza fell into the Underground, Chara saw great potential in her. But the girl would not be swayed by their honeyed and calculated words. For all the power Chara has gained in the years following the Hunger, they remain unable to wander far from the flowerbed where their body was buried so many years ago without a host.
So when Aliza slipped beyond their grasp, Chara tore off their own smile, giving life to a heinous, moth-like creature, their (literal) mouthpiece capable of following Aliza on her journey to attempt to coax her into actions that would give them a foothold in her soul. Should that happen, it would spell doom for all.
Their power grows the more death is dealt, and they have become almost as corporeal as Napstablook in appearance. However, they have no power without a host, and require a body to wield any of their malicious designs. The monsters remaining in the Ruins are too weak for their uses, those stronger staying far from the haunted grounds of the Flower room, and their influence is limited beyond a few hundred feet from their rotting corpse. And so they seethe, and linger, and plan, and wait for another weak-willed, easily twisted human to fall into their grasp.
They are very seductive, charismatic, silver-tongued, and persuasive.
Eloise Orsini. Frisk’s mother and Aliza’s grandmother, she raised Aliza aboveground after Frisk passed away. Senile and abusive, she neglected Aliza’s care egregiously. In her dementia as time went on, she would call Aliza her mother's name, mistaking her for Frisk, and would talk about events that never happened (like the two of them going to the beach one summer).
When Aliza had enough of her and left on her mission, she in time forgot about her existence. Her fate is unknown for now as the story takes place in the apocalyptic kingdom of the monsters.
When Eloise started showing signs of alzheimer's (Aliza calls it alls heemers), she was persistant that she was fine living with no medical help, saying she "doesn't buy it". She is ignorant of her own condition, and filled with pride to control what little of her life she has left.
Due to her declining her condition, her home is a mess. Trash lie around the house, the grass overgrown. Whenever Aliza would try to clean something up, Eloise would be enraged and start whacking Aliza with her cane.
She would try to make Aliza feel guilty by pretending to have heart problems. She would call her lazy, selfish, tells her she would be in foster care if she doesn't take care of her
Often, Eloise would confuse Aliza as Francene due to her "alls heemers". She would create memories that never happened for comfort.
The last interaction Eloise had with Aliza would be after one of her tirades. Once she snapped out of her delusions, she tells Aliza she looks just like her mother. Than she insults her eyes, calling them ugly and inherited from her "father", the man that assaulted Frisk. Aliza tells her she is going to the store to get food, only to not come back.
