Gyftrot’s accessory in his plan, he has been affixed to his Nice Cream cart and had his limbs cut off, helpless “prey” to draw in others. He lives in never ending pain, consumed over and over day after day, only to be fed his own entrails to heal him every night. Believe it or not, he is a willing participant.
Still bitter about the monsters that used to decorate his body and horns with trash, he sought his revenge in a horrendous manner, using another monster as bait to draw others in and slaughter them in mass. Mutated into a many limbed horror capable of climbing trees, and lives among them.
Semi-canon
An oddity even in the diseased world ruled by the Hunger, Jerry wanders the thin strip of land between the forests and town of Snowdin in search of food he can easily steal from stronger monsters. He is constantly bemoaning his fate and complaining about both his lack of phone and the state of the scraps he can scavenge from the kills of others. He never hunts for himself, and is never hunted either. Not only is his magic unpalatable, but his very presence is unsavory to the point where other monsters would rather starve to death than be around him. As a result, monsters tend to avoid him if they can.
The friendly, vacant smile of the snowman is a lie. If you see it in the woods, don't be fooled by its crude, crumbling form -- look for the fallen trees behind it, the mound upon which it sits, and note how it shuffles closer with every heartbeat, every breath, every blink. Every step betrays you, the crunch of fallen snow drawing it closer and closer, faster and faster. You cannot hope to run if you see that frozen liar's frigid smile.
Grillby is long dead. The Hunger got to him shortly after he left Snowdin in an attempt to weather the worst of the upheaval of the Underground with his family. After killing and eating his own daughter, in his madness, he could not live with the guilt of his actions. He threw himself into the Dead Swamp of Waterfall, killing himself almost instantly.
Snowdrake never went home since his mother was never released from the lab. His relationship with his father was never mended, and he died never having been found by his concerned cousin.

End of The Lesser Monsters
The Butcher of the Deep Wood, a feared hunter among those still living. Father of Aliza, mate of Frisk, brother of Papyrus. Clever, almost conscienceless, and savage, he has set many traps along the roads surrounding Snowdin, and has completely fenced the village in to use as a home base for himself and his brother. His left socket has been shattered, fracturing his skull and causing great and lingering pain. He wears the clothes he did before his corruption and madness, though they have been irreparably stained with blood and offal, along with a golden locket, a gift from his wife.
Uncle to Aliza and brother to Sans. Papyrus is much as he once was, despite his damaged appearance, charismatic and vivacious… but it is an illusion. Papyrus has created an elaborate fantasy in his mind, blocking out as much of reality as he can to protect himself from madness. Unbelievably strong, can be incredibly dangerous if his illusion is broken. Grown to an almost extreme height, his spine, coiled within his chest cavity, is capable of extending to great length.
After killing and eating Dogamy to keep him with her always, and to prevent anyone else from taking him from her, she wanders the woods talking to herself in the form of her husband. Her eyes have mutated, merging into one single cycloptic eye, and she wields twin axes.
Now completely blind from a fight with a swarm of Snowdrake, Doggo hunts the woods by sound and scent alone. Still uses his knives in battle, but prefers his teeth.
Grown to incredible size, his armor rusted and falling apart, Greater Dog has taken up residence in Lumberton, and hunts the woods there. His face has been torn apart by an eruption of extra teeth from his maw.
The Lesser Dogs have all passed on since the Hunger was unleashed onto the Underground. Most of them met horrid fates, by gnashing jaws, slashing claws, traps, ambushes, or much worse, all because they sought affection, even when infected. The very last Lesser Dog was the longest-lived, fighting for his life and refusing to eat the tainted meat of other monsters before meeting his untimely demise at the hands of Dogaressa.
His armor and sword have since been re-purposed into a trap by Doggo. If someone tries to pull the sword out of the armor, a tripwire hidden inside will cause the armor to grind together, making a metallic, screeching sound.
This noise will immediately draw Doggo to the scene, ending with the unfortunate individual who triggered the trap as yet another life lost to the Hunger.
