[Axescale] ("we," "our," or "us") built the [Gallery & Home] app as an Ad-Supported app. This SERVICE is provided by us at no cost and is intended for use as is. Your Media & Device Data are Private:
All the core functionalities of the app—including acting as your Home Screen Launcher, displaying your installed applications, viewing Photos and Albums, Adding to Favorites, Copying & Moving Files, Setting Wallpapers, Copying to Clipboard, Playing Videos, Deleting, Sharing Media, and Renaming Albums—are performed locally on your device.
We do NOT upload, store, or share your private photos, videos, or files to our servers. We do not have remote access to your personal media files or private data.
To provide the app's core Gallery and Home Launcher features and support its development, we require the following permissions:
Widget Management (BIND_APPWIDGET): Required to allow you to place and interact with third-party widgets directly on your home screen.
App Deletion (REQUEST_DELETE_PACKAGES): Required to let you easily uninstall other applications directly from the launcher interface.
Expand Status Bar (EXPAND_STATUS_BAR): Required to enable smart gestures, allowing you to swipe down on the home screen to instantly open your notification panel.
Storage / Media Access (Read/Write): Required to display your photos/videos, allow you to view albums, copy/move/delete files, and rename albums locally on your device.
Set Wallpaper: Required to allow you to set an image as your device's home screen or lock screen background directly from the app.
Internet Access / Network State: Required to fetch and display advertisements (via AdMob) and to send anonymous crash reports and app usage
While we do not collect your personal data directly, the app does use third-party services that may collect information used to identify you, provide analytics, and serve advertisements.
These third-party providers collect data such as your device's Internet Protocol ("IP") address, device name, operating system version, advertising ID, and statistics regarding your app usage.

We want to inform you that whenever you use our Service, in a case of an error in the app, we collect data and information (through third-party products like Firebase Crashlytics) on your phone called Log Data. This Log Data may include information such as your device IP address, device name, operating system version, the configuration of the app when utilizing our Service, the time and date of your use of the Service, and other statistics to help us fix bugs and improve the app.

These Services do not address anyone under the age of 13. We do not knowingly collect personally identifiable information from children under 13.
