ABOUT

Dr. Songhee Kang is an Assistant Professor at the Tech University of Korea. Before this, she worked as a visiting professor at Seoul National University and Kyunghee University and at the Software Policy and Research Institute of Korea. She has various industry experiences as a professional researcher at Oracle Corp., Samsung Electronics, and Hyundai Motors. Her research focuses on algorithmic governance and computational methods to understand how digital technologies shape fairness, risk perception, and regulation, with particular attention to AI governance, digital platforms, and climate–energy systems.
