AWS SAA Quiz App ("we", "our", or "us") respects your privacy. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, store, and share information when you use our mobile application for AWS Solutions Architect Associate exam preparation.

c. Purchase Information
If you purchase Premium, we may receive information related to your subscription or entitlement status through RevenueCat and the underlying app store. We do not collect or store your full payment card information ourselves.
d. Analytics and Diagnostic Data
We may collect:
- App interaction and usage events
- Device and app performance information
- Crash reports and diagnostic information
2. How We Use Information
We use the information we collect to:
- Provide and operate the app
- Authenticate users and maintain user accounts
- Sync learning progress, bookmarks, and results across sessions or devices
- Enable Premium access and restore purchases
- Improve app functionality, performance, and user experience
- Monitor usage trends and fix bugs
- Protect against abuse, fraud, or misuse
3. Authentication
The app may use:
- Firebase Authentication for anonymous sign-in and account authentication
- Google Sign-In when you choose to log in with your Google account
If you start as an anonymous user and later sign in with Google, your app data may be linked to your authenticated account.

This local storage helps improve performance and preserve your progress.

- With service providers that help us operate the app, such as Firebase and RevenueCat
- When required by law, regulation, legal process, or governmental request
- To protect our rights, users, or the security and integrity of the app
7. Data Retention
We retain information for as long as necessary to provide the app and fulfill the purposes described in this Privacy Policy, unless a longer retention period is required by law.
Some data may remain on your device until you remove the app or clear local storage. Certain device-level anti-abuse data, such as exam attempt limits stored locally, may remain on the device even if an account is deleted.
8. Account Deletion and Data Deletion
If you use a signed-in account, you may request account deletion through the app if that feature is available, or by contacting us.
When your account is deleted, we will delete the associated account data that we control, subject to legal or operational retention requirements.
Please note:
- Some information may remain in backups for a limited period
- Certain device-level counters used to prevent abuse may remain on the device
- Purchase records may still be retained by the app store provider or RevenueCat as required for transaction and restoration purposes
9. Children’s Privacy
This app is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you believe a child has provided personal information to us, please contact us so we can take appropriate action.
10. Security
We use reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect information handled through the app. However, no method of transmission over the internet or electronic storage is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.
11. International Data Transfers
Your information may be processed and stored in countries outside your place of residence, depending on the infrastructure of our service providers. By using the app, you understand that your information may be transferred to and processed in other countries.
