The conference has negotiated a conference room rate for participants at:

Guests may use the booking code by going to La Quinta's website

1. Choose your dates

2. Click on the drop down box for Special Rates

3. Click on Group Code and enter the booking code (see below).

4. Click done and enter name, credit card and all details.

The rates are $89 plus tax Sunday June 19 through Thursday June 23rd and $139 + tax for Friday and Saturday. Breakfast and Wi-fi are included in room rates.

The conditions is attendees must reserve rooms by name and credit card by the date of May 19, 2022. After May 20, the rate goes up to $149 + tax/night.

Note: Any reserved rooms cancelled after June 18^th, 2022 will be billed one night room rate.
