[Registration Deadline]

To participate in AWPL 2024 (and a satellite event: Sapporo Workshop on Hybrid Logic and Proof Theory), registration is mandatory. Please (1) fill out the registration form below and (2) pay the registration fee by 20th February, 2024, which is closed. But, it is still possible to register for the workshop without the banquet participation on 5th March. Please make a registration by 2nd March. [Regular Registration Fees Without Banquet Participation on 5th March for AWPL 2024]

• Regular Participants Rate: 8000 yen (approximately 50 euros or 390 rmbb).

• Students rate: 4000 yen (about 25 euros or 185 rmb).

Note that if you wish to register as a student, you will also need to send an official student certificate or a photocopy of your student ID card to awpl2024 + at + let.hokudai.ac.jp. For this package, the registration allows you to entitle to 

• all academic sessions and conference materials,

• the online (informal) proceedings volume, and

• refreshments during the tea/coffee breaks.

If you plan to attend the satellite event ``Sapporo Workshop on Hybrid Logic and Proof Theory'' as a participant, the additional fee is 1500 yen.  For the banquet on 7th March, please pay the fee onsite. 

[Regular Registration Fees for AWPL 2024] (closed on 20th February)

• Regular Participants Rate: 16,000 yen (approximately 100 euros or 780 rmb).

• Students rate: 12,000 yen (about 75 euros or 580 rmb).

• Accompanying person rate: 8000 yen (for banquet alone, approximately 50 euros or 390 rmb).

Note that if you wish to register as a student, you will also need to send an official student certificate or a photocopy of your student ID card to awpl2024 + at + let.hokudai.ac.jp.

If you plan to attend the satellite event ``Sapporo Workshop on Hybrid Logic and Proof Theory'' as a participant, the additional fee is 1500 yen. 

[Registration Package] (closed on 20th February)

Registration entitles you to

• all academic sessions and conference materials,

• the online (informal) proceedings volume,

• the banquet on 5th March (8,000 yen), and

• refreshments during the tea/coffee breaks.

The registration package does not include

• dinner on the 4th and 6th,

• lunch on any day,

• accommodation, or

• any form of insurance.

Conference participants and accompanying persons are responsible for making their own insurance arrangements.

[How to Pay]

Payment can be made online by credit card through PayPal. Once you complete the registration form, a PayPal payment form will be sent to the email address you entered on the registration form.
