Welding Procedure Qualifier

A Welding Procedure Qualifier (WPQ) is responsible for developing, testing, and validating Welding Procedure Specifications (WPS) to ensure they meet industry standards and project requirements. This involves conducting procedure qualification tests, overseeing the preparation and testing of weld samples, and ensuring all procedures comply with applicable codes such as AWS, ASME, or API.
