Hospitality Events
Arvada West PTSA hosts 4 Hospitality events each school year:
A lunch for Staff for back to school.
A meal for Staff during Fall Parent/Teacher Conferences.
A meal for Staff before Winter Break.
A meal for Staff during Spring Parent/Teacher Conferences.
The Hospitality Chair:
Email parents to prepare/purchase food donations and find volunteers to assist with events.
Coordinate with local businesses to obtain meals and donations.
Purchase items using the PTSA budget funds to obtain items not covered by donations.
Each hospitality event includes vegetarian and gluten-free options. Arvada West parents actively participate in providing food for these events and enjoy giving back to the teachers and staff.
