What is included in my Saturday Night @ Bonfire Burritos ticket? 

With a ticket to Saturday Night @ Bonfire Burritos you will get to dine, drink, and visit with classmates in an exclusive venue rented out only for this event!   Access to the event + a burrito bar are included in ticket price.   There is a cash bar for purchase of drinks.   

Will there be an after-party on Saturday night?

We sure hope so!  One of the appealing factors of Bonfire Burrito in Olde Town Arvada is that there are many after-party locations walking distance from Bonfire.  Want to coordinate it? email us! 

Why isn't there a set price for the Saturday Night @ Bonfire Burrito event? 

There is a fee for renting the event space and for labor (cooks, bartenders, etc) and a set price per person for food.  So, as more people RSVP the cost will go down for each person as the event space and labor costs are spread out among more people.  We have given the possible range of costs but will be charging your card on August 31st.  This is our attempt to give you the lowest price possible! 

Why can't kids come to the Saturday night at Bonfire event? 

The venue has a maximum capacity and we wanted to ensure there was space for AW alumni.  We have planned a Sunday Family Picnic that kids are encouraged to attend. 

Can I transfer my ticket?

Can I get a refund?

Yes before Sept. 13th. Just email us.  No, after Sept. 13th as we must submit final numbers. 

Where does the ticket money go? 

We have opened a separate bank account for the reunion with multiple names on it.  It is not connected to anyone's personal accounts. We will track money in and money out and all money will be accounted for.
