About Me
I am an Assistant Professor of Statistics in the Department of Mathematics at Denison University. Prior to joining Denison, I was a Visiting Assistant Professor and CFMAR Research Fellow in the Department of Statistics and Applied Probability at the University of California, Santa Barbara. I completed my PhD under Professor Amarjit Budhiraja and Professor Nicolas Fraiman in the Department of Statistics and Operations Research at the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill. I teach courses in statistics, probability, and data analytics, and some of the topics that I am interested in include machine learning methods for time series, reinforced processes, stochastic approximation algorithms, large deviations, and random graph models.
