The Federation International of Grandmaster Association (FIOGA) was originally established in 1994 and was officially registered as an official international organization with the Ministry of Home Affairs (KDN) in 2011. The supreme councils and evaluation committees are comprised of eminent Grand Masters in various fields. The legitimacy of FIOGA is intertwining various countries in the world and it is officially registered officially in accordance with the hosting countries’ laws and regulations including China, Hong Kong, China, the United States, Australia, and others. A total of 35 affiliated local national associations have been established under the banner of FIOGA, and it has been officially endorsed by various Malaysian Government Department, included Prime Minister Office, Ministry of Youth and Sport and Ministry of Science, Technology & Innovation, as well as the governmental departments of various countries.
《國際師傅聯盟總會》是原有在1994年起立，至2011年正式在國家內政部注冊為正式合法國際組。以各領域著名顶級大師們組成為最高理事會，公正委員會。織并在世界各地國家合法性以该國家法律正式注冊，如中國，中國香港，美國，澳洲，其他，一共有三十五設立分國家總會，也得到馬來西亞首相親簽最高榮譽，國家青年与運動局部長親簽最高榮譽，國家科學創新局部長親簽最高榮譽，受各國政府所承認最高世界《大師》組織。
《國際個人標準ISO/IEC 17024》 "International Personal Standard ISO/IEC 17024"
The Federation International Of Grandmaster Association is the world’s only international master standard ISO/IEC17024 master personal standard, recognized by 168 countries. It also has unique international standards for the masters of Feng Shui Metaphysics in the world. One standard can add 99 elements.
國際師傅聯盟總會是世界唯一特世界大師國際個人標準ISO/IEC17024大師個人標準，受168國所承認。並也特有世界法門風水玄學大師國際個人標準。一個標準可以付加99個元素。

It is appointed by professionals in many fields, and the applicants are reviewed by various government departments. The report is submitted to the committee and the president within 10 days to 14 days, and the winning letter is signed. The winner returns the letter on the date specified in the letter.
由多過領域專業人士出任，對申請者多方面政府部門審核，在10天-14天把報告提交委員會和總會長2天，簽署得奬信件，得獎者在信件指定日期回函。

The major changes between the 2003 version and the 2012 version is the detailed information regarding the development of the scheme for certification of persons. The 2003 version required the Certification Body to have a Scheme Committee who had overall responsibility for the development of the scheme but did not elaborate on the components that must be included in the scheme. The 2012 version has an entire clause (Clause 8) that provides detailed information regarding the components that must be included in the development and maintenance of the scheme but allows the scheme owner to be outside of the Certification Body for Persons.
Other changes include a change in reference of "Personnel Certification Body" to "Certification Body for Persons", defining of additional terms such as "validity" and "reliability", and the addition of a "principles" section that defines the foundational principles for the standard.
