Paper Format, Language, and Template
The manuscript for the technical session should be printed on IEICE technical report format (A4, 2 columns, typically 2 pages, max. 4 pages) including figures and tables. All papers must be written in English.

Step 1 : Crete new account
1. Go to https://cmt3.research.microsoft.com/awap2024 and Click “Register”
2. Enter your information in the 'Create New Account' page. Fields with an <*> asterisk are required. Then, enter the captcha characters, check the 'Agree to Terms of Use' checkbox and click ‘Register.’
3. Welcome to CMT page. The “Welcome to CMT” page appears notifying you that an email was sent to you with a verification (activation) link.

Step 2 : Submission Process
4. Go to https://cmt3.research.microsoft.com/awap2024 and enter your email and passsword, then click 'Log In'
5. Click on the "Create New Submission" button to initiate the submission process. Select "Student" or "Invited".
6. Follow the on-screen instructions to provide information about your submission, including title, abstract, authors, and keywords.
a. To include co-author(s) by searching their emails, if the co-author(s) is already registered in the CMT system, the corresponding author can be added to the author list.
b. If the co-authors are not registered, their details must be provided.
7. Upload your manuscript file(s) in the designated format. Ensure that your manuscript adheres to the specified guidelines regarding formatting and file type.
8. You may be required to provide additional information or respond to specific questions depending on the submission requirements set by the conference organizers.
