The manuscript for the technical session should be printed on IEICE technical report format (A4, 2 columns, typically 2 pages, max. 4 pages), including figures and tables. All papers must be written in English.

Step 1: Create a New Account
Go to https://cmt3.research.microsoft.com/awap2026 and click "Register".
Fill in the required information on the “Create New Account” page (fields marked with an asterisk (*) are required). Then, enter the captcha, check the “I agree…” box, and click “Register.”
You will see a confirmation page indicating that your account has been registered. Check your email for the verification (activation) link, and follow the link to complete your account setup.
Step 2: Submission Process
4. Return to https://cmt3.research.microsoft.com/awap2026, enter your email and password, and click “Log In.”
5. On the “Author Console” page, click the “Create new submission” button to begin.
6. Enter your submission Title and Abstract.
7. Add and adjust authors:
To add co‑authors, search by their email if they are already in the CMT system.
If co‑authors are not registered yet, manually add their details (email, name, affiliation, etc.).
After adding authors, you can use the arrow buttons to change their order. Check “Primary Contact” if you want a specific author to serve as the corresponding author.
8. Upload your manuscript file(s) following the allowed file formats (e.g., .doc, .docx, or .pdf). Make sure to comply with any size or formatting requirements.
9. Review all your submission details and then click “Submit.” You may see a confirmation message or be prompted for any additional information if required by the organizers.
The Microsoft CMT service was used for managing the peer-reviewing process for this conference. This service was provided for free by Microsoft and they bore all expenses, including costs for Azure cloud services as well as for software development and support.
