These Terms & Conditions govern your use of any iOS or macOS application published by Muhammad Awais Arshad Apps, unless a particular app provides its own terms.

Our apps currently do not require account registration, login, or authentication systems.
If a future app introduces account-related features, users may be responsible for:

Maintaining the confidentiality of login credentials.
Activities performed using their account.
All software, features, functionality, designs, graphics, logos, text, code, and other content within our apps are owned by or licensed to us and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws.
No ownership rights are transferred to you through your use of our apps.
You may not copy, modify, distribute, sell, lease, or otherwise use any part of our apps without prior written permission, except where permitted by applicable law.
If an app allows you to create, import, save, upload, or submit content:
You retain ownership of your content.
You grant us a limited, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to process, use, display, or distribute that content only as necessary to provide the app's functionality.
You are responsible for the content you submit or use within the app.
Some apps may offer in-app purchases or subscriptions through Apple's App Store.
All payments, billing, renewals, cancellations, and refunds are handled by Apple and are subject to Apple's applicable terms and policies.
We do not control refunds or billing issues handled through Apple's systems.
Our apps may interact with Apple services or other third-party services where necessary.
We are not responsible for the content, availability, policies, or practices of third-party services.
Our apps are provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, we make no warranties, whether express or implied, regarding the reliability, availability, accuracy, or functionality of our apps.
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, we shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive damages arising from your use of, or inability to use, our apps.
We may suspend or terminate access to any app or feature at any time if:
These Terms are violated.
Required by applicable law.
Necessary for operational or security reasons.
These Terms shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the applicable laws of the jurisdiction in which a dispute is required to be resolved, unless otherwise required by mandatory consumer protection laws.
For apps downloaded through the Apple App Store, Apple is not responsible for the maintenance or support of our apps.
Where applicable, Apple's Standard Licensed Application End User License Agreement (EULA) may apply in addition to these Terms.
We may update or modify these Terms & Conditions from time to time.
Any updates will be published with a revised Last Updated date at the top of this page. Your continued use of our apps after the changes become effective constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
