We are not a policy-making group, but a resource team to help the area circuits and the conference. We help connect people in mission together and help with all types of resourcing.

Our goal is to have minimal elected structure—like the members of the Discipleship Team—and have sub-teams be non-elected volunteers. The Nominating Committee will not be filling these.

There should be 9-12 maximum. The work of the team is to vet and recommend resources-not to do the programming. The primary place where missions trips and partnerships will be developed is in the circuits.
