Head Timer

Organizes the timers

Timer Use a stopwatch to time the swimmer(s)in your lane. Record swimmers and their time onto timing cards and hand off to the runner after the event. 

Coaches Timer

Runs an extra stopwatch and acts as a back-up to the primary lane timers.

Runner

Collects timing cards from each lane timer after an event or heat. 

Marshall

Observers, Meet Marshalls maintain order and safety in the pool area during the meets. Communicates with meet officials on matters of safety and compliance.

Photographer

​Snack Bar Donor

Can’t make it to the meet? Don’t miss an opportunity to help by donating food to the snack bar. Drop off items the day before the meet or by 3:30 the day of an event. Check the event link to see what’s needed.
