AvsC may collect the following information when you use the app:

• Username or user account identifier

• Fitness and workout information

• Distance and activity history

• User-created content associated with MileMates features

• Location information while actively using GPS-based workout tracking

How We Use Information

Information is used to provide core app functionality, including:

• Creating and managing user accounts

• Recording and displaying workout activity

• Calculating daily, weekly, monthly, yearly, and lifetime distance

• Supporting MileMates invitations, leaderboards, and private interactions

• Importing supported workout data from Apple Health when the user chooses to connect Apple Health

• Improving the reliability and functionality of the app

Apple Health

AvsC may request access to supported Apple Health information when a user chooses to connect Apple Health. Health information is used only to provide fitness-related app functionality and is not sold or used for advertising.

Location

AvsC may request precise location access while a user is actively tracking supported outdoor activities such as walking, running, cycling, or rollerblading. Location is used to calculate workout distance.

MileMates

MileMates allows users to connect with invited users, compare activity totals, and send private praise or friendly messages. AvsC does not provide a public user directory.

Third-Party Services

AvsC uses third-party services such as Firebase to provide authentication, database, and application functionality. These services may process information as necessary to provide their services.

Advertising

AvsC may display third-party advertisements in future versions of the app. If advertising is enabled, the privacy policy and App Store privacy disclosures will be updated as required.

Data Security

Reasonable technical measures are used to protect information stored or transmitted by the app. However, no electronic system can guarantee absolute security.

Children's Privacy

AvsC is not intended to knowingly collect personal information from children in violation of applicable law.

Users may stop using the app at any time. Additional account or data management options may be added as the app develops.
