This Privacy Policy explains what personal data we collect when you use the App, how we process it, and what rights you have under the European General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR).

When you use AvioTest, we may collect the following categories of data:
Name (if provided)
Email address
Login credentials (username and password)
This data is necessary to provide you with access to the App and to manage your subscription.
All payments are handled directly within the app stores (Apple App Store / Google Play Store).
We do not process or store your full payment details. The respective app store privacy policies apply.
The App may process non-identifiable data such as:
Test results and progress
Device type, operating system, and anonymized IP information
Performance data may be used to enable features such as progress tracking, benchmarking, or recovery of results if you reinstall the App.
If you contact us for support, we may process the information you provide (e.g. email, error logs) solely for handling your request.
We process your personal data only when necessary to:
Perform our contract with you (Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR)
Comply with legal obligations (Art. 6(1)(c) GDPR)
Improve and secure our services, based on legitimate interest (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR)
When you give explicit consent (Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR)
Payments: Processed exclusively by Apple or Google (depending on your platform).
Analytics: The App may use analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics or similar) to improve performance. Data is anonymized wherever possible.
Third Parties: We do not sell your personal data. Data is shared only when required by law or with your explicit consent.
Account and licensing data are retained as long as your subscription is active.
Support requests are retained only as long as necessary to resolve your case.
Performance data may be anonymized and aggregated for benchmarking purposes.
If our website is used alongside the App, cookies may be stored in your browser to improve user experience. You may disable cookies in your browser settings at any time.
You may at any time exercise your GDPR rights (access, rectification, erasure, objection, restriction, portability).
If you withdraw consent, certain features (e.g., subscription validation, cloud sync) may no longer function.
Where data is transferred outside the EU/EEA (e.g., via app store providers), this is done on the basis of GDPR adequacy decisions or standard contractual clauses.
