Overview

Our platform only collects two types of data during operation.
Background technical data: We automatically collect non-identifiable technical logs including device specifications, system environment, app operation traces and error feedback. This data is processed anonymously and cannot identify individual users.
User-submitted content: Personal information is only collected when you actively submit service consultations, feedback or relevant materials through official channels. All related personal content is provided on your own initiative.
We do not conduct passive collection of private personal data without your permission.
2. Application of Collected Data
Anonymous technical logs are mainly used for routine operation maintenance, function iteration and performance optimization, so as to continuously improve the usability and stability of the application.
The information you voluntarily submit will only be used for one-on-one communication and problem handling with you, and will not be used for marketing, promotion or other non-specified purposes.
3. Data Sharing Rules
We strictly prohibit any act of selling, transferring or leasing user data for commercial purposes.
When relying on third-party service tools to support normal operation, we will only share desensitized and aggregated statistical data. All external partners are required to abide by strict confidentiality obligations.
4. Information Security Guarantee
We adopt multi-layered security protection measures including data encryption storage and access permission management to prevent user information from being illegally accessed, tampered with or leaked.
Given the inherent risks of the internet environment, we cannot guarantee absolute security of network data transmission, but we will always update and upgrade our security defense capabilities.
5. Protection for Minor Users
This application is intended for users aged 13 and above. We do not target services at children under 13 years old, and will not actively collect any information of minors.
Once we find that we have inadvertently obtained data from users under 13, we will clear all relevant records immediately.
