2026 Rental Cost
2 Day Rental $1500 + $250 refundable damage deposit
3 Day Rental $1750 + $250 refundable damage deposit
(A rental day is from 8am to midnight.)
We require a deposit of half the total rental fee plus the $250 damage deposit to hold the date. We operate on a first come first serve basis and can not officially hold your date until a deposit is received and your completed contract is returned.

2,500 square foot venue with 2 sets of white strand light
35’x50’ main hall
Bridal suite with private bathroom
Groomsmen suite
Prep kitchen with household fridge, microwave, stove, coffee maker, two 2.5gal glass drink dispensers
50’x15’ covered porch with outdoor strand lights
Outdoor, octagon fire pit area with 7 swings and outdoor lights
15 handcrafted wooden tables with 32 bench seats for indoor seating
16 antique wooden pews for outdoor seating.
