Since the onset of the pandemic in 2020, we have been providing transport through social media, CitizenShipper, and other platforms. We value your support in helping us build our reviews and look forward to safely transporting your pet. Our dependable team genuinely cares about your beloved companions.

This document outlines our payment terms, refund policy, and pet transport requirements. As it is a virtual contract, your review is required prior to booking with us.

We take pride in treating your pets with the highest level of care, patience, and affection, just as you would expect. We are USDA-registered, Pet Care insured, highly experienced with animals, and have received positive feedback from satisfied clients on CitizenShipper and our Facebook page, AvidPetsExpressWisconsin. Our door-to-door transport service is designed to ensure your pet’s safety, comfort, and well-being throughout the journey.

Our mission is to assist pet owners in transporting their furry friends safely and calmly while building strong reviews. We work directly with you and maintain consistent communication, providing wellness updates via video clips and GPS live tracking for your peace of mind. We are committed to upholding our promises.

We provide essentials such as blankets, water, approved treats, and safe chew toys to help keep your pet relaxed during travel.

VIP RIDES 
If you request VIP transport, please add $100 to the fee to compensate for the inability to stack bookings, which helps offset the loss of income.
