If they are setting up a static IP address on the Mac, they also need to set one on the Artist unit(s) they are connecting. The instructions on how to do this are in the set up guide for each unit type, making sure the last field of the IP address is incremented for each artist unit connected. Make sure they have their firewall turned off, or that it is allowing the EuControl applications.

Had a similar issue a while back. My artist surfaces would drop, rather than renew their dhcp ip leases. Finally set up ip reservations in the router's dhcp config. Haven't had any "vanishing" surfaces since.

Under System Pref> Network> Click the Gear dropdown at the bottom of the section that shows the available ports. Then click on "Set Service Order" the ethernet port you have connected to the hub that connects your artist series bring that port to the top of the list. Apply all settings reboot and try again. Eucon version 3 and above is very picky about the service order. Hope this fixes your issue.

Hi, I was just hoping for simple functonality to recall eucon track layouts. I use an S3 in my studio and an S1 at home. Recall is not as easy on the S1 so I just wanted to put a few scene layouts on streamdeck buttons. (Apologies for slow reply).

I use artist mix in Logic Pro X and works fine, BUT I did have some initial problems. Firstly use latest eucon software. Then turn app nap off on the eucon application icon, after that, I switch mc mix on first, then mac, let it do it's stuff, then run eucon ( not auto load eucon). When eucon recognises mc mix, then load Logic Pro x. e24fc04721
