Q: Is my data safe? What information do you collect? A: We take your privacy seriously. All user-created data (such as your saved routes, aircraft profiles, and airport groups) is stored locally on your device and is deleted if you uninstall the app. For premium features like weather alerts, we only store an anonymous push token to send notifications. We never collect personal information like your name or email for these features. For full details, please read our Privacy Policy.
Q: I purchased a subscription, but my premium features are not unlocked. What should I do? A: Sometimes it can take a few minutes for the purchase to sync with the app stores. Please try closing and reopening the app. If that doesn't work, on the "Upgrade" screen, there is a "Restore Purchases" button that will re-sync your app with the store. If you still have issues, please contact us using the form below.
Q: Why can't I find NOTAMs or PIREPs? A: Access to real-time NOTAMs and PIREPs is a premium feature available to AviatorWx Pro subscribers. You can upgrade at any time from the "Premium" tab in the app.
Q: The weather data for an airport seems to be missing or out of date. Why? A: AviatorWx sources its data directly from official providers like the FAA and NOAA. The accuracy and availability of data are entirely dependent on these sources. Missing or incomplete information is a result of what is provided by the official source and not a fault of the application.
