1. License to Use the App
We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access and use the App for personal, non-commercial purposes only.
2. Game Rules and Content
You agree to follow the game rules as outlined within the App, including creating teams, players, and participating in tournaments.
You are responsible for the accuracy of your team and player information.
3. Stopwatch and Lap Data
The App includes a stopwatch feature to track lap times. You are responsible for starting and stopping the timer accurately for each round.
The App will store your lap times and display the recorded times at the end of each round.
4. Tournament Participation
The App includes a list of European tournaments. You agree to follow the rules and regulations set forth by the tournament organizers.
We are not responsible for the outcome of any tournament or event you participate in through the App.
5. User-Generated Content
You may create and manage teams and players, as well as record lap times. You agree not to post or share any content that violates the rights of others or is unlawful.
6. Termination
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to the App if you violate these Terms of Use.
7. Limitation of Liability
We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of the App.
8. Changes to the Terms
We may update these Terms of Use from time to time. When we do, we will post the new terms and update the "Last updated" date at the top of this page.
