We are proud to welcome Günther Debiscop to the Aviation Day organizational team. Most of you will know him as the talent behind GD Aviation Photography, but his passion for aviation extends far beyond the camera lens. As a dedicated enthusiast of Belgian Air Force history, Günther brings a profound appreciation for aviation heritage to our team.He is particularly well-known for his strong ties to Poland, where he serves as a volunteer at the Pilskie Muzeum Wojskowe. There, he plays an active role in maintaining classic airframes like the Su-22 and the TS-11 in operational condition, while coordinating international photoshoots for fellow enthusiasts. This year, Günther joins us as both an organizer and guest presenter, and we are incredibly excited to have his energy and expertise on board. Welcome to the team, Günther!During Aviation Day, Günther will be giving two presentations. We can already share the first scoop: one of these presentations will be entirely dedicated to the retirement of the Su-22 from the Polish Air Force. The Antidotum Airshow Leszno in Poland has firmly established itself as one of Europe’s most enchanting aviation spectacles. Unlike traditional airshows, Leszno is celebrated for its poetic fusion of flight and art, particularly during its legendary evening displays where aircraft equipped with pyrotechnics dance across the darkening sky to the sounds of a live orchestra.A key highlight of this event is the contribution of aviation expert Günther Debiscop, who has prepared a specialized presentation to enrich the visitor experience.
