2. Game Rules and Content
You agree to follow all the game rules, including creating teams, creating players, and participating in tournaments as specified within the App.
You are responsible for the accuracy and appropriateness of the information you provide when creating teams and players.
3. Tournament Participation
The App includes a list of tournaments in Europe. You agree to follow all rules and regulations set forth by the organizers of these tournaments.
We are not responsible for the outcome of any tournament or event you participate in through the App.
4. User-Generated Content
You may create and manage a list of your flying devices and provide a description of their capabilities.
You agree not to post any content that violates the rights of others or is unlawful in any way.
5. Sponsorship Contact
The App includes features that allow users to connect with potential sponsors for their flying devices. You understand that any sponsorship arrangement is between you and the sponsor, and we are not liable for any agreements made between parties.
6. Termination
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to the App if you violate these Terms of Use.
7. Limitation of Liability
We are not responsible for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of the App.
8. Changes to the Terms
We may update these Terms of Use from time to time. When we do, we will post the new terms and update the "Last updated" date at the top of this page.
