Our Process

Once all materials have been delivered to the site, our team will commence work on the foundation. If the client decides to build on a slab we will begin with grading and leveling the base, which is crucial for establishing the correct slab depth to ensure durability. After preparing the ground, we will pour and finish the concrete slab, allowing a cure time of 10 days. This curing period is vital for ensuring the cement achieves optimal strength before construction progresses. 

After the concrete slab has sufficiently cured, we will proceed with framing the walls. Our team prioritizes proper stud stability and spacing throughout this phase to guarantee that each structure is built to last for decades. This meticulous framing process lays a solid foundation for the overall integrity of your garage or storage shed.

With the wall and roof framing complete, we will move on to sheathing the structure using high-quality plywood material. Following the sheathing process, we will install windows and doors, along with the siding and any stone veneers that may be part of your design. Once the exterior is finalized, we will apply paint to enhance the aesthetic appeal of your new structure.

Finally, once all construction and finishing touches are complete, you can enjoy your newly built garage or storage shed. Our commitment to quality craftsmanship ensures that your investment will provide functional space for years to come.
